About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our enterprise information systems, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring optimal performance of key software modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support assigned modules of the company’s enterprise information system
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative software solutions
- Actively collaborate with internal users to understand needs and provide tailored system support
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
- Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing consultation for supported system modules
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Manage and maintain data for designated business processes
- Develop and maintain business reports using tools such as SQL, Reporting Services, and Business Analytics

Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Experience with PL/SQL is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with IFS Applications ERP is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of responsibility, independence, and effective communication
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment is desirable
