Job description, powers and responsibilities

Your job description will consist of:
- in the control, preparation and proper operation of the cooker’s workplace (boiler room, milk boiling line, pressing line)
- in the correct pouring and soaking of soybeans in accordance with work standards and procedures
- in parameter control, setup, start-up and operation in the production of soy beverage in accordance with work standards and procedures (density, temperature)
- We work 12-hour shifts. Morning (05:45 – 17:50), night (17:45 – 05:50), and after two days at work you have 2 days off.

Salary conditions:
- The job position has several salary levels, meaning that your base salary can increase with your skills.
- a variable component that is paid monthly based on the achievement of pre-set goals and by which you are evaluated on a daily basis (0-5-10-15-20-25-35-40 €)
- attendance bonus (50 EUR)
- statutory surcharges for night work, noise, overtime
- allowance for meals
- after the 1st month you have the opportunity to receive a travel allowance if you commute more than 10 km
Employee requirements

- high school without graduation
- high school with graduation certificate
- university degree 1st degree
- university level II.

- you had team spirit and were reliable and punctual
- you have a positive attitude towards work
- manual dexterity is your advantage
- Experience working in a three-shift operation or in the food industry is an advantage
