Job description, powers and responsibilities
Are you responsible and skilled? Do you like working in a team and in three-shift operation? Then we are looking for you. You can contribute with your hard work to the production of our quality soy products. We offer full-time work in a food company that is one of the leading employers in the region.
We work 8-hour shifts. Morning (05:50–13:50), afternoon (13:50–21:50), night (21:50 – 05:50). We guarantee you comprehensive training that will ensure that you can do your job perfectly, it is our priority. Your job description will consist of:
- operating production machines
- cooperate in the preparation and production of various types of spreads
- cooperation with other workplaces
Salary conditions:
- The job position has several salary levels, meaning that your base salary can increase with your skills.
- a variable component that is paid monthly based on the achievement of pre-set goals and by which you are evaluated on a daily basis (0-5-10-15-20-25 EUR / shift)
- attendance bonus (50 EUR)
- statutory surcharges for night work, noise, overtime
- allowance for meals
- after the 1st month you have the opportunity to receive a travel allowance if you commute more than 10 km
- recruitment bonus of up to 500 euros in addition to salary after the probationary period ends
