Since 1998, Inedit has been crafting real, satisfying foods from plants – long before it became a movement. Born from a passion for balanced living, our journey began in Cetățeni, Romania – where we continue to gently transform non-GMO soy into tofu, spreads and creams that feel good to eat.
Our foods are carefully made – without preservatives, colourings, or taste enhancers. Just honest ingredients and respectful methods.
In 2024, Inedit proudly became part of The New Originals Company – marking a new chapter of growth and culinary reimagination. In 2025, we expanded our Cetățeni site with a new tofu production line – deepening our craft and strengthening our commitment to whole, plant-grown foods.
Today, our portfolio is certified with BIO, Donau Soja and IFS – reflecting our dedication to transparency, quality, and local sourcing.
